An in depth consultation and analysis of case history to discuss symptoms, goals and personal history that has lead you to this point.
You will be required to complete a pre-consultation questionnaire 10 days in advance which will form the basis of the session.
At the end of this session you will leave with a clearer understanding of why you are experiencing the symptoms and empowered get your health to where you want it to be.
I will work with you to create a personalised plan to follow until your next session with recommendations on diet, supplements and lifestyle .

SK Nutritional Therapy is based in St Albans, Hertfordshire and covers the surrounding areas.
Your preferred location can be discussed on booking.
Travel over and above 10 miles is charged at £0.40 per mile. Appointments outside of Hertfordshire may include additional costs.
